George Odera-Outa is a ‘multi-discipline’ scholar (Literary Studies; Policy Communication and International Law). He is currently an Associate Professor at the Technical University. He previously taught the Institute for Climate Change and Adaptation, University of Nairobi. He has served in various advisory and consulting capacities mainly under UNDP’s recruitment modalities; notably: at Kenya’s Ministry of National Planning; Office of the Prime Minister; Ministry of Trade and Industry; African Union Commission Headquarters(Addis Ababa) and Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the Sustainable Blue Economy Conference Secretariat(SBEC 2018) and theTokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD VI, 2016).
